<P>Subclause 9.5.5 [<A href="https://wg21.link/dcl.init.list#3">dcl.init.list</A>] paragraph 3 specifies:</P>

<P>Top-level cv-qualifiers should be ignored when comparing <TT>T</TT>
to other types, e.g. in 9.5.5 [<A href="https://wg21.link/dcl.init.list#3.2">dcl.init.list</A>] bullet 3.2.</P>

<P>Change in 9.5.5 [<A href="https://wg21.link/dcl.init.list#3">dcl.init.list</A>] paragraph 3 as follows:</P>

by direct-initialization for direct-list-initialization).
